Any thoughts on the Undertaker?

I think the kayfabe rule is still in play, but I'm not completely sure. I mean, it took Rick Flair like 5 months to be retired. Out of the blue, the week right before ONS, Vicky announced that if the Undertaker lost the match he would be banished. They wouldn't end him like that. What are your thoughts?
