My CD-changer ate my CD! How can I get it out?

I drive a 2003 Ford Focus ZTS sedan. I had Gloria Estefan's greatest hits album in the 6-disc in-dash CD-changer, model 6006. I had to disconnect the battery, and when I hit the "CD" on to switch from radio to CD, the head unit flashed "No Discs". I know that disc is in there, but the CD-changer doesn't know it is in there. How can an old woman without a lot of mechanical know-how get it out? I'd prefer not to go to the dealer. Thank you.
