I want to become an Occupational Therapist... should I major in public health as an undergrad first?

I want to become an Occupational Therapist but I need a bachelor's degree to get accepted into the program. I was thinking about getting a bachelor's degree in Community Public Health and then go into Occupational Therapy. As long as I have the prerequisites for OT, I'm good to go. I want to have a solid bachelor's degree as a back up in case I'm not able to pursue more education right away. Could I get a good job with a bachelor's in public health?
