How do i get to snowhorn wastes on the game starfox adventures?

i dont know how to get to snowhorn wastes i go to the big warpstone and teleport to ice mountain and i searched that place.then i press pause and go to the guy who shows the map snowhorn wastes is flashing and i cant remember how i got there last time.
