Radiant skin color on face and prevent brown dot on face? What to apply? Sunblock?

What should I apply if I just want to have a radiant skin color on my face (I don't want to have area on my face that is slightly darker or lighter than other area) and also to prevent brown dot on my face, may i know what should i apply?
