Face help please!!!!?

my school is very hot during the day and i sweat on my face and my makeup kind of comes off. i mean i dont sweat that much but just enough to make my face look oily. is there any thing i can do 2 make mii face not sweat as much or sumthing? also is there any kind of eyeliner that i can put on the inside of my eye that doesnt come off by the end of the day?
