I just got a w-2 form from a job I never worked at. what do i do?

Got a W-2 tax form in the mail with my name address and ssn on it from a buisness i've never heard of at a for sale address in Costa Mesa, ca. I imagine this could mess my taxes up pretty bad, but I dont know who I should contact to fix it. does the IRS have some kind of hot-line?
