My boyfriend does it to rough?

Ok me and my bf have alot of but recently he likes it rough he'll bite, pull, suck really hard and it gets to a point where it hurts. I dont know what to do? I like it pionly at times rough but not much. Oh and I dont know why but I get sore down there after . We used to go 3 times a day but I get sore and it hurts when we go for the 2 time. Why? So right now my are full of hickeys and a couple of bruises and my neck to and I dont know if its a hickey or a bruise on my chin where he bite me. Ouch! any help? when he eats me out its ok for awhile but then he sucks to hard. I have no idea what to do or how to tell him?
