I did something really stupid, can i get some advice?

yeah i know this is a stupid question. but i was cleaning some surfaces in my house with clorox disinfecting wipes, i wasn't thinking when it came to diposing the wipes and flushed one downt the toilet. They are thick and i think it might back up my toilet now, it was only one but still.
