My Daughter has been bleeding heavy for 11 days now.?

I'm am very worried about her. I want to know if anyone can answer or have an answer or an opinion of what may be wrong with her. " she has been havin problems with her period for a while now. but has not has one in three months. now that she started havin one 11 days ago its at non stop. dark sticky tar look. now the last three days she has hsd dark red blood heavy clots.losing alot of blood. I am miles away from her or i would go see myself wants wrong and take her to the doctor. But her being 20 i cannot make her go, so i want to find out what others think so i can tell her. I personally believe she had a miscarriage, or she has a bad uterus. what could be wrong? Please help, I am needing some answers from all that can help me.I really do believe as her mom that she had a miscarriage. If so she does need to have a dnc done to clean out before it gets infected and cause more damage. Please help if u have an or any Idea.
