My boyfriend is mad at me, and ignoring me? Please help?

He probably acted like nothing happened the next day because he didn't want to have an awkward makeup conversation. If he says he doesn't want to argue and drop the subject, you probably should. It doesn't necessarily mean that the subject won't ever come up again, but you'll be able to get along again. FYI: He was just showing that he was concerned with how you treat your body.
